One Sharp Store has roots going back to the early 1960s, when Joshua Baud’s grandfather founded Indian River Foodservice, repairing and maintaining meat-processing and slicing equipment for restaurants, butcher shops, and food processors in Florida. That hands-on repair background is where our parts knowledge comes from — we’ve always been equipment people first, not just a parts catalog.
Over the years, that hands-on repair experience turned into a parts business. Customers who couldn’t find replacement parts for older Hobart, Berkel, Biro, and Bizerba machines started calling us directly, and we built our parts inventory around solving exactly that problem — hard-to-find parts for equipment that’s still in daily use but no longer fully supported by its original manufacturer.
In 2009, Joshua took over the business and ran it as Treasure Coast Food Equipment, continuing to serve the same Florida foodservice market his grandfather had built relationships with for decades. In 2019, Joshua relocated to North Florida and rebuilt the business there as North Florida Food Service. One Sharp Store is our website — where that same parts inventory and equipment knowledge is available to customers anywhere, not just Florida.
Today we stock parts for Hobart, Berkel, Biro, Bizerba, Globe, Hollymatic, and Anvil Toledo equipment, including:
• Meat tenderizer parts
• Slicer sharpening and truing stones
• Saw, slicer, and grinder replacement components
We still operate the way the business started two generations ago: if you call with a model number and a problem, you’ll talk to someone who knows the equipment — not just a parts lookup.
