One Sharp Store (onesharpstore.com) is a d.b.a. of Treasure Coast Food Equipment. References to “we,” “us,” or “One Sharp Store” throughout this policy refer to Treasure Coast Food Equipment.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping. If you order an item that is not for your machine and it is not our fault, we will accept the item back if it has not been used, but there will be a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable.
Parts (new, used, and remanufactured): A tremendous amount of time is spent with all our customers to ensure that they are buying the “exact” part they need. Digital pictures and descriptions are used as confirmations. It is our policy NOT to accept returns on items for reasons such as; they didn’t need it after all, found the missing piece, or found it cheaper somewhere else. Critical parts are pre-fit and tested to confirm that they work as they should. We are not a large franchise like K-mart or Target, and we cannot take back items after work is already completed.
If a part happens to be defective, we will of course give a total refund.
