Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies to non-defective returns.
- Electrical components and special-order parts are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Parts
- If we sent the wrong part or it arrives defective, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no restocking fee.
