Hobart Edge Slicer Parts is Hobart’s Centerline series. It is equipped with a 12-inch diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife. it can cut any thickness from tissue-thin up to 9/16″. The slicer is powered by a 1/2-H.P. motor.
